Research & Writing
Once we have been commissioned, we will appoint one of our highly experienced, professional writers, who will begin the work of interviewing the key people in your business and trawling through old records and material.
The results of the research will then be transformed into a compelling narrative in a way that is aligned with your business needs. We will drive the work but will keep you fully engaged and informed throughout the process.
When the book has been written and edited, we will ask for the first draft to be read and amended before we proceed to the next stage.
Design
As soon as the text has been written and edited, we will move on to considering what photographs and other visual elements might be included in the bound copies.
We will then typeset your book and, if required, present options for a cover design. After the design elements have been finalised and the typesetting is complete, we will provide another opportunity to read the work to ensure that all parties are completely happy with the look and content of your book before it is despatched to the printers.
Printing
Once the layout and design are signed off, we will print as many copies as you require in whatever finish you prefer. Talk to us about any special requirements. We offer hardback, paperback, glossy print, leather-bound and many other options.
As an alternative to a printed book (or to complement one) we offer e-books to share with your employees and customers.
